COVID-19 Precautions: CDC Guidelines
Precautions we are taking to promote everyone's safety while providing kids with much needed socialization include:
- Socially distanced parent drop offs and pickups
- Visual screening and touchless thermometer by school staff upon arrival
- School toys and materials are cleaned and sanitized before and after school.
- Hand washing upon arrival and before dismissal, in addition to all the regular times in between.
- Hygiene lessons and practice daily at circle time.
- Small class sizes
A note about masks:
We don’t have hundreds of kids on site like daycares or elementary schools. Our students are not required to wear masks. It is a parent decision whether you would like your child to wear one to school. We are extra diligent in cleanliness, hand washing, keeping a watchful eye for signs of illness, and daily sanitizing. Staff is screened daily as well.
